:Kirby: Lovely Rainbow Drops

Things I used
-Crayola Crayons
-Glue *to stick the crayons together and onto the paper*
-White Paper *use cardstock for this since it's sturdier*
-Cardboard Box Scrap
-Some Construction paper
-Hairdryer *to make the crayons melt and give off a "drop" effect*

Sweet little puffball, in the gray sky,
Tell me, why do you fly oh so high?
Is it because you wanted to see
The colors that will fall soon~?

This world used to be filled with colors,
Every single last shade from the rainbow.
But then, a terrible drought had struck,
Leaving this world rendered lifeless.

Every day I ponder when they will come back here,
It feels like a thousand years have passed since then.
When will they return?

As I gaze up at the colorless stars and comets,
My faith in their comeback slowly fades away.

~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ 

Little star hero, drifting in the breeze,
Please come down here before you freeze.
I will tell you of a happier time,
A time when life was present here.

This place was once lively and full of elan[1],
A million smiles dotted every area.
When the colors vanished, they went too.
Now this place is nothing but a canvas.

As I look around, the areas start to revive,
They started to regain what was once lost,
It was the colors.

The sky, which had once been barren, is now blue again,
The Rainbow Drops[2] had arrived
And my faith is restored.

"The colors dance once more on the plains of this world.
The feeling of happiness spreads once more.
But, I wonder, will this be forever now?"

Something I did back in July 2014 but never bothered to post it up. xD Anyway, the case in this picture is that a bunch of rainbow droplets will fall onto a colorless Parasol Kirby~ and he's trying to cover himself with his parasol. In all honesty, it took me about 1-2 hours because the melted crayons took long to melt xD these crayons are super old actually, and since I used colored pencils now, I used my old crayons for this~

Should the droplets hit, Kirby will be colored in~
